Processing Time
Every item is handmade, so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. During higher-volume drop periods, processing may take slightly longer — I'll always note this on the homepage if it applies.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Orders ship via USPS with tracking provided on every order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days once shipped. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — I ship exactly to the address provided. I'm not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incomplete or inaccurate address. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, before the item ships. If a package is returned to me due to an address error, I'm happy to reship, but the customer covers any additional shipping cost.

Lost or Missing Packages
Once shipped, packages are the responsibility of the carrier. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days past the expected delivery date, please reach out — I'll file a claim, and once the package is officially confirmed lost, I'll offer a replacement (if possible) or refund at my discretion.
